Each year, the Council Bluffs public library releases an annual report detailing accomplishments, significant events, and strategic plan results.
The current FY 2019/20 report includes an Executive Summary from Library Director Kathy Rieger, a report of noteworthy accomplishments, and detailed statistics about library services and collections.
2020 has been one of the most challenging years in the 138-year history of the Council Bluffs Public Library. Through the pandemic, your public library has sought creative ways to continue to deliver services and programs that enrich and inform the community. While we did shut our doors to the public, thousands of patrons took advantage of curbside pickup, downloadable materials, and other remote services.
We are honored to serve the great community of Council Bluffs. Thank you for making 2019/20 a successful and memorable year!
