Drop in between 11:00 a.m. – 1:45 p.m. and use a variety of tasty materials to create a festive cookie house. Sponsored by the Council Bluffs Library Foundation. *For kids ages 4 years old through 6th grade.

Have your library card number ready.
Start by clicking the Create New Account link in the top right corner. You’ll be asked to provide your name and email address, and to create a password.
When prompted, enter your library card number and PIN.
Browse through the magazines and click/tap the cover one that you’d like to read.
Click the “checkout” button.
Read your chosen magazines using your browser or a RBdigital App*.
