Join us for this eight-week course to help you gain an increased sense of well-being and learn skills to benefit your lifelong health. Tai Chi incorporates slow steady movements and these classes will focus on participants aged 50+, with modifications for any ability level.
Wednesdays, September – November. Presented by Ruth Devereaux, certified Tai Chi for Rehab Instructor.
Free and open to the public. If you’re not fully vaccinated, please wear a mask. Space is limited and registration is required at the Reference Desk.
