 bines the game of bingo, exercise, and/or health education. Groups of part
 icipants play Bingocize® twice per week, with each 45-60 minute session c
 onsisting of exercises (range of motion, balance, muscle strengthening, an
 d endurance exercises) and/or health education questions.This is part of t
 he Agency's Evidence-Based Programs. Research studies have proven tha
 t these programs promote documented health benefits and prevent disease or
  injury among older adults. Seniors who participate in these evidence base
 d programs have a better quality of life, better long-term health and fewe
