Not all plants are appropriate for every site. Learning what species will flourish at your site helps with longevity and health of your garden. This session covers what you need to consider when choosing plant species that will thrive and reweave the food web. We’ll also look at options to obtain native plants.

Invite nature into your own backyard, grow beautiful pollinator and bird habitat and support native plants and ecosystems by joining us for our Gardening for Diversity series!

This year the program is free. Ages 14+ please. Online pre-registration is required as space is limited. For questions not answered online please call 712-545-3283.
