The current online reservation system for Discovery Passes is ending on December 31st, 2024. We are working on implementing a new reservation system currently, but it will not be ready for use for a few weeks. Passes will not be available to reserve for dates past December 31 until our new system is in place. Please contact 712-323-7553, option 2, or email circ@councilbluffslibrary.org with any questions.

Children's Square USA works to help recognize and treat the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of each child served. Programs strive to help children and families learn the life skills essential to a successful life.
Food pantry available Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. by appointment only (712-328-8122).
Connections Area Agency on Aging provides information supports and services for older Iowans and their family caregivers to help them to age on their own terms in the community of their choice.

Food Bank for the Heartland provides food to non-profits and pantries in 16 Iowa Counties including Pottawattamie County. Our website has a "Find Food" tool that allows clients to look up pantries near them as well as the hours and contact information for those pantries.
MOHM's Place Community Meal Site provides Breakfast (8 a.m. to 9 a.m.), Lunch (12 p.m. to 1 p.m.), Dinner (5 to 6 p.m.) daily.
New Visions Food Pantry is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call for appointment (712-256-3940)
Food and Pet Food assistance for residents, income limits apply.
Call between 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Thursdays for an appointment or between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Fridays (712-522-3522).

The WIC Program provides supplemental foods, breastfeeding education and support, and health and nutrition services to pregnant women, women who have recently had a baby, infants and children up until their 5th birthday.
Services include a Choice Food Pantry and Case Managers on-site for housing information, referrals, and assistance.
Food Pantry available Monday-Thursday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and on Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for walk-ins.
