The Iowa Office of Civil Rights provides impartial, efficient and fact-driven investigative analysis of discrimination complaints filed in Iowa and enforces the Iowa Civil Rights Act of 1965. The ICRA protects Iowans from discrimination in the areas of employment, housing, credit, public accommodation and education.
