Inter-Faith Response, Inc. provides emergency financial assistance for residents of Pottawattamie County, making payments toward past due rents, rental deposits, past due utility bills, utility deposits. Inter-Faith helps with the cost of prescriptions, provides bus passes.
Southwest Iowa Transit Agency (SWITA) offers a variety of transportation services in eight counties in Southwest Iowa (Cass, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, and Shelby).
