Join the Friends of the Council Bluffs Public Library for their annual meeting of their membership. Hear and update on the projects that are being funded by the Friends, learn opportunities for involvement in the Friends, and find out what is planned in the upcoming year. Light refreshments will be provided for those members in attendance.
