Policy:
It is the mission of the Council Bluffs Public Library to enrich, inform, and empower the community. To support a welcoming environment around and in the library:
- Individuals may not petition to seek signatures nor be allowed to circulate a petition for signatures from the public, staff, or volunteers within the library or on library property.
- The promotion for or against any petition will not be allowed within the library or on library property.
