Meeting Room A, located inside the font doors and to the right, is ideal for groups between 20 and 50 people.

Note: For-profit groups (such as businesses and law offices) are charged a nominal fee for meeting rooms that contain equipment: 

$30 - Under 3 hours
$45 - Between 3 to 5 hours
$75 - Over 5 hours

Meeting Room B, located inside the front doors and to the right, is ideal for groups between 30 and 140 people.  It also has a kitchenette area, consisting of a sink, two mini-refrigerators, and two microwaves.

Note: For-profit groups (such as businesses and law offices) are charged a nominal fee for meeting rooms that contain equipment: 

$30 - Under 3 hours
$45 - Between 3 to 5 hours
$75 - Over 5 hours

Meeting Room B-1, located inside the front doors and to the right, is ideal for groups between 20 and 40 people. When partitioning Meeting Room B, Meeting Room B-1 has two TVs to display a single source.

Meeting Room B-2, located inside the front doors and to the right, is ideal for groups between 20 and 50 people.  When partitioning Meeting Room B, Meeting Room B-2 has one TV and a kitchenette area, consisting of a sink, two mini-refrigerators, and two microwaves.

Meeting Room C, located in the northeast corner of the second floor, is ideal for groups of under 20 people.

Meeting Room D, located on the north side of the second floor, is ideal for groups under 15 people.

Room E, located on the east side of the second floor, is ideal for individual study or a small group meeting of less than six people.

Room F, located on the east side of the second floor, is ideal for individual study or a small group meeting of less than six people.

Your instructor must have already approved the Council Bluffs Public Library as a proctoring site AND sent the necessary proctoring instructions to reference@councilbluffslibrary.org.

The Council Bluffs Public Library can offer the following regarding Test Proctoring:

• Test Proctoring when adequate personnel, facilities and technology are available.
• Proctoring is conducted by the library staffing the Reference Desk at the time of the exam. Individual librarians are not assigned to proctor specific exams or students.
• Library staff proctor exams from the Reference Desk; library staff observes the student while performing other tasks and assisting other patrons. If your institution requires that the student receives constant, uninterrupted observation, the Library cannot proctor your exam.
• Exams must be completed within a half-hour before the Library closes.
