Purpose of Meeting
Heartland Family Services has outreach hours at the Council Bluffs Public Library every other Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Drop in for assistance.
We can provide:
- Housing assessments
- Referrals to shelter
- Connection to resources
- Help applying to mainstream benefits
- Outreach supplies
- Simple case management tasks
