Unleash your inner upcycle artist and add color to your outfit with T-Shirt Scarves at the Council Bluffs Public Library! 

We ask participants to bring their own T-shirt to customize for this project. 

Adults over 18 only - space is limited. TWO sessions to choose from - registration is required.

This program is FREE and open to the public and was made possible with help from the Council Bluffs Public Library Foundation.
