Purpose of Meeting
Are you sleeping outside, living in your car, or staying in an abandoned building?
Threshold CoC Street Outreach team offers a variety of supportive and Housing-Based Case management Services for our neighbor experiencing homelessness. They are available Monday through Friday for Outreach and Drop-Ins.
Outreach teams go out Mondays from 10am-12pm & Thursdays 2:30-5:30pm.
The Street Outreach team can meet you where you are at or you are welcome to visit us at our set sites listed below.

| TUESDAY | 9am-10am-Housing Assessments & outreach services: Sequels: 717 W. Broadway 11am-1pm: Housing & Employment Clinic Council Bluffs Public Library 400 Willow Ave. |
| WEDNESDAY | 1pm-2pm: Together Inc. 830 N. 14th St. Suite 101 4p-6p Housing Clinic (assistance with housing applications, listings, etc.) Anawim 300 W. Broadway |
| THURSDAY | 11am-1pm: Housing Clinic HFS Peer Center 3415 W. Broadway Women’s Day: Firefly 830 N. 14th St. (showers and supportive services for women) 12:30p-2:30p |
